Refund Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your participation, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event.

Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated 72-hour timeframe will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event or for participants who do not attend without prior notice.

Transfers and Substitutions: If you are unable to attend but would like to transfer your spot to someone else, please inform us at least 72 hours before the event. Substituting participants within this timeframe is permissible.
